Departures: we drop you at the correct Departures level for your airline. Not sure which terminal? Check your boarding pass or tell us your airline and we confirm it. Meet and greet: if you want your chauffeur inside the terminal with a name sign, see our Meet and Greet service, quoted before you confirm.
Go to Door A on the ground level and give your booking name to the Commissionaire at the Pre-Arranged Taxi/Limo desk. Your car is dispatched to the pickup post in about 2 minutes.
Go to Door A (Pillar 7 to 11) on the Arrivals level and give your booking name to the Pre-Arranged Commissionaire.
We include 45 minutes of free waiting time on airport pickups and track your flight so the pickup adjusts to your landing.
Check your boarding pass or your airline's website. If you are unsure, tell us your airline when you book and we confirm the terminal.
