At Toronto Airport Taxi & Limo we provide premium airport transfers, intercity rides and private tours across Toronto, Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you get a flat rate or book a ride with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Toronto Airport Taxi & Limo (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and a 24/7 taxi and limousine service from Toronto Pearson International Airport and across Ontario, including trips to Niagara Falls, Hamilton and Buffalo Niagara International Airport. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Booking details: your name, email address, mobile phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, pickup date and time, number of passengers and luggage, and the vehicle you select.
• Airport details: terminal, airline and flight number when you ask for an airport pickup or a meet & greet service, so we can track your flight.
• Special requests: child or booster seats, an en-route stop, and any notes you add.
• Messages: anything you send us by phone, email, WhatsApp or our contact forms.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics).

3. How we use your information

• To calculate your flat rate, confirm your booking and send you a receipt.
• To assign a driver, track your flight and contact you about your pickup.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To answer questions, handle changes or cancellations, and provide customer support.
• To improve our website, calculator and service, and to keep our systems secure.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Payments

You can pay in the vehicle or pay online. Online payments are processed by PayPal, including card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay made through PayPal. Your card number and security code go directly to the payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. We keep only the transaction reference, the amount paid and the payment method for our records.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to run the service:

• Drivers and dispatch so they can find you and complete your trip.
• Payment providers such as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay to take payment.
• Service providers that host our website, send email, provide maps and address search (Google Maps and Places) and help us measure site usage.
• Authorities when the law requires it or to protect our customers, drivers and rights.

These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep the website working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our site, for example through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the rate calculator and checkout, may not work properly without them.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet tax and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize them. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only for a reasonable period.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to booking records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw your consent to marketing or other optional uses.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Cross-border trips and data

If you book a trip to Buffalo Niagara International Airport, we may share your name and itinerary with the driver and, where required, with border officials. Some of our service providers, such as Google and PayPal, may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

11. Children

Our website is not directed at children. Minors may travel with us when accompanied by an adult or with the booking made by a parent or guardian, and we only collect the information needed to complete that trip.
