Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every booking made with Toronto Airport Taxi & Limo through this website, by phone, email or WhatsApp. By booking a ride you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

1. Our services

We provide pre-booked private ground transportation in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, including:

• Airport transfers to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport;
• Intercity transfers to cities such as Hamilton, Niagara Falls and Buffalo Niagara International Airport;
• Meet & greet service at the airport;
• private tours, for example Niagara Falls, Toronto city and Blue Mountain.

2. Booking and confirmation

• You must give accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, passenger and luggage numbers, and contact details.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message or email. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• You must be 18 or older to make a booking. If you book for someone else, you are responsible for passing on these terms and the trip details.

3. Flat rates and pricing

Our rate calculator shows a fixed price for your trip before you book. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include HST unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, as long as the trip details do not change.

Optional extras are added to the price shown at checkout and may include:

• airport pickup permit fee (currently $15);
• an on-the-way stop (currently $15 for up to 7 km extra, then $2 per extra km);
• toddler or booster seats (currently $10 each);
• meet & greet signboard service (currently $70).

Extra stops or route changes requested during the trip, and long waiting times, may cost extra. A different route, pickup or destination from the one you booked may change the price. Rates and fees may be updated from time to time, but a confirmed booking keeps the price it was confirmed at.

4. Vehicles, passengers and luggage

• Any Vehicle (sedan): up to 4 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage.
• Full-Size SUV: up to 5 passengers and 5 pieces of luggage.
• Larger groups or more luggage: please contact us directly for a custom price and vehicle.

The vehicle is selected from the number of passengers and luggage you enter, so please enter them correctly. If more passengers or luggage arrive than were booked, we may not be able to carry them or may need to change the vehicle and price. Under Ontario law, children must use an appropriate car seat or booster seat. Please request one when booking if you need it.

5. Payment and gratuity

• Pay in vehicle: cash, debit or card in the car.
• Pay online: PayPal, card, Google Pay or Apple Pay at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by PayPal. See our Privacy Policy.
• Gratuity: a driver tip is optional. You can add a percentage or a custom amount when you pay online, or tip in the vehicle.

6. Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email to change or cancel a booking. Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup are not charged and online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations made later than that, or a no-show, may be charged up to the full fare because a driver and vehicle have been reserved for you.

7. Pickups, waiting and flights

• For airport pickups we track your flight, so a delay will not cancel your ride. Please enter the correct airline and flight number.
• Please be ready at the agreed time and place. Drivers will wait a reasonable time, and long waiting beyond that may be charged.
• Traffic, weather, road closures and airport restrictions can affect travel times. We do our best to arrive on time, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

8. Passenger conduct

For everyone’s safety, passengers must wear seat belts and follow the driver’s reasonable instructions. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances and dangerous items are not allowed in our vehicles. A driver may refuse or end a trip if a passenger is abusive or unsafe, and you may be charged for any damage or special cleaning needed.

9. Trips to Buffalo and cross-border travel

We offer trips to Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Passengers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas or other documents needed to cross the border. We cannot be held responsible for delays, refused entry or extra costs caused by missing documents or border procedures. Please allow extra time at the border.

10. Liability

We are insured and operate with care, but to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed flights, missed events or lost business, caused by traffic, weather, delays outside our control or incorrect information provided by the customer. Please keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will help you try to recover them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force on the day you book applies to your booking.
